摘　　要：活套作为酸洗线中的一个重要设备组成,对生产节奏有着十分重要的作用,一旦出现故障,直接影响产量。本文主要分析了某酸洗线活套车车轮轴承频繁损坏的原因,并制定了改进措施,问题得到了解决,保证了设备稳定运行。As an important component of continuous pickling line, the looper plays a very important role in the production processing. If there is any fault, it will directly affect the output. In this paper, the causes of frequent failure of wheel bearings, belong to the looper car of a pickling line, are analyzed. To solve the problem, improvement measures are made, which ensure the stable operation of the line.
