摘 要:研究表明Al(Ⅲ)能与变色酸1,8-二羟基萘-3,6-二磺酸形成配合物,导致体系的荧光增强,由此建立了测定Al(Ⅲ)的荧光光度分析新方法。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法建立二次回归模型,得到方法的最佳测定条件为:pH=4.5,变色酸浓度为8.0×10-5 mol·L^(-1),甲醇浓度为40%。该方法测定Al(Ⅲ)的线性范围为5~70μg·L^(-1),检出限为1.1μg·L^(-1)。用于测定自来水中痕量Al(Ⅲ),其相对标准偏差为1.3%~5.7%,加标回收率为93.6%~107.2%。Al(Ⅲ)can form complex with chromotropic acid(1,8-dihydroxynaphthlene-3,6-disulfonic acid)to enhance fluorescence intensity,based on which a new method to determine trace aluminium has been established.On the basis of single-factor experiments,quadric polynomial regression model was established by response surface methodology.The optimum experimental conditions were pH=4.5,the content of chromotropic acid of 8.0×10^(-5) mol/L and the content of methanol of 40%.The linear range of aluminium was 5-70μg·L^(-1),and the detection limit was 1.1μg·L^(-1).This method could be applied to the determination of trace aluminium in tap water.The relative standard deviation was 1.3%-5.7%and recovery was 93.6%-107.2%,respectively.
