摘  要:建立了磁性CoFe_2O_4-石墨烯分子印迹技术联用高效液相色谱测定蜂蜜中咖啡因的分析方法。CoFe_2O_4-石墨烯分子印迹材料以CoFe_2O_4-石墨烯为载体,多巴胺为功能单体和交联剂,咖啡因为模板分子制得。实验考察了一系列影响萃取效率的因素,在最优的萃取条件下,咖啡因在0.1~50μg/L范围线性良好(R2≥0.9987),检出限为0.02μg/L,富集倍数可达到100倍。本方法有良好的线性关系、回收率和实用性。A simple method based on magnetic separation for selective extraction of caffeine from honey has been developed using magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)as sorbent.The MMIPs has been prepared using caffeine as the template molecule,dopamine as the functional monomer,and CoFe2O4-graphene magnetite as the magnetic component.Various parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were evaluated in order to achieve optimal concentration and reduce non-specific interactions.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of the method obtained was 0.1-50μg/L.The detection limit of caffeine was 0.02μg/L.The preconcentration factor was 100.The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of caffeine in different honey samples.
