摘　　要："拔尖计划"毕业生的深造率、本研专业符合率、院校拔尖率、学科拔尖率均很高,他们在世界一流大学和一流学科领域深造的经历,为他们未来成长为科技精英人才积累了较大优势。"拔尖计划"实施高校要提高国际化办学水平,与国外顶尖大学和顶尖学科建立密切的学术关系,联合培养博士,让一部分"拔尖计划"毕业生留在国内顶尖大学和学科点深造,这有利于我国储备战略人才,服务祖国。The Postgraduate rate, Undergraduate and postgraduate professional compliance rates, college top rate, discipline top rate of the Top project graduates are all high. Their experience in worldclass universities and first-class disciplines accumulated a big advantage for their future growth as the scientific and technological elites. The universities that implement Top project should improve the level of international education and establish close academic relationships with top universities and disciplines abroad, and jointly cuhivate doctoral degrees. So that some graduates of the Top project can stay in the top universities and disciplines in China, which is beneficial to China＇s strategic reserve talents serving the motherland.
