摘  要:受我国制造产业的转型升级、新型人口结构的社会扩张力增强以及职业教育发展的内部因素等影响,大国工匠培育正在成为高职教育结构性改革的动力之源。大国工匠培育为高职教育供给侧结构改革指明了方向和目标。在科学推进高职教育供给侧结构性改革的过程当中,需要创新技术技能人才的培养模式,培育大国工匠精神;深化职业教育管理体制改革,奠定大国工匠培育基础;落实产教融合理念,吸纳大国工匠参与办学;搭建现代信息技术平台,打造大国工匠培育体系。Influenced by the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,the social expansion of new population structure is enhanced,and the internal factors such as vocational education development,the craftsmen cultivation of big countries becomes the source of demand power for structural reform of higher vocational education. The craftsmen cultivation of big countries pointed out the direction and goal for the supply side structure of higher vocational education. In the process of scientifically pushing forward the supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education,it is necessary to cultivate innovative technical and skilled personnel and great craftsmen's spirit;deepen the reform of vocational education management system to lay the foundation for great craftsmen's cultivation;integrate the concept of real production and education,absorb great craftsmen to participate in running schools;build a modern information technology platform and build a big country craftsman cultivation system.
