摘　　要：2018年4月,教育部正式发布《中小学数字校园建设规范(试行)》(以下简称《规范》),《规范》旨在为全国中小学数字校园建设提供指导性的标准和要求,有序、快速地推进数字校园的高质量建设与应用,促进实现《教育信息化2.0行动计划》中提出的"数字校园建设覆盖全体学校"的发展目标。该文从项目背景、编制思路、结构与主要内容、主要特点四个方面对《规范》的指导思想、核心内容与时代意义进行解读与分析。The ministry of education released Construction Standard（Trial） of Digital Campus in Primary and Secondary School（hereinafter referred to as the ＂Standard＂） in April 2018.It provides guidance and requirements for the construction of digital campus of in primary and middle schools nationwide and intends to promote the quality of the construction and application of digital campus orderly and rapidly. Besides that, It also suitable for putting forward the goals that ＂digital campus construction covers the entire schools＂ in Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan. This paper interprets and analyzes the guiding ideology, core content and era significances from four aspects： background, compilation idea, structure, main content and features.
