摘　　要：党的十九大明确要求"实现高等教育内涵式发展"。高等教育领域"双一流"建设的不断深化,政策环境的逐步改善,为民办本科高校加强内涵建设、实现创新发展创造了有利条件。科研是民办本科高校加强内涵建设的重要抓手,科研力量是民办本科高校综合竞争力的重要体现。文章以科研统计数据为依据,分析民办本科高校与地方公办本科高校、独立设置的民办本科高校与独立学院之间的科研差距,并提出提升民办本科高校科研竞争力的策略,以期为新常态下民办高校实现"弯道超车"提供参考。The 19 th National Congress of the CCP clearly demanded＂the realization of the connotation development of higher education＂. The deepening of the＂double first class＂construction in the field of higher education and the gradually improved policy environment of non-governmental regular universities have created favorable conditions for non-governmental regular universities to enhance connotation construction and achieve innovation and development. Scientific research is an important element to strengthen the connotation construction of non-governmental regular universities,and the strength of scientific research is also an important embodiment of their comprehensive competitiveness. Based on the statistical data,this paper identifies the research gaps among non-governmental and local public regular universities,and independent colleges. It proposes strategies to improve the competitiveness in scientific research in non-governmental regular universities,so as to provide guidance for the realization of＂corner overtaking＂for non-governmental regular universities under the new normal.
