摘  要:目的探讨成年网络用户电子健康素养与健康信息搜寻行为之间的关系。方法采用网络问卷调查法,招募到成年网络健康信息搜寻者344人,并使用有序Logistic回归探究影响网络用户健康信息搜寻渠道和对网络健康信息态度(重要性、可信性、有用性)的因素。结果网络用户的电子健康素养平均总分为(31.39±4.19)分;搜寻渠道方面,经常使用搜索引擎的占54.4%,经常使用商业健康网站的占28.2%;态度方面,认为网络健康信息比较重要的占59%,比较值得信任的占56.7%,比较有用的占67%。多因素分析结果显示,网络用户电子健康素养水平越高,利用的网络搜寻渠道越多,对网络健康信息持有的态度越积极。结论提高网络用户的电子健康素养有助于网络健康资源的利用。Objective To explore the association between e-Health literacy and health information seeking behavior among adult internet users. Methods 344 adult internet health information seekers were employed through network questionnaire survey. The ordinal logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors of internet health information seeking channels and attitude to online health information(importance, credibility and usefulness). Results The average total score of e-Health literacy was( 31. 39 ± 4. 19). In terms of channels, 54. 4% participants regularly used search engines, and 28. 2% of them regularly used commercial health websites. In term of attitude, 59% of participants thought internet health information was somewhat important, 56.7% thought that was somewhat trustworthy, and 67% thought that was useful. The multivariable analysis showed that the higher the level of e-Health literacy, the more channels they used, the more positive attitude towards internet health information. Conclusion It is helpful to improve e-Health literacy of internet users for their utilization of internet health information.
