摘　　要：以上海第二工业大学高职模具专业为例,根据课程特点和目前教学存在的问题,分析课程岗位核心能力,旨在培养学生专业能力,提高学生综合素养,对《塑料模具设计》课程进行以能力导向的系列改革,达到激发学生学习兴趣、缩短学习时间、提高教学效果、提升专业能力的目的。According to the characteristics of the teaching, the core competencies of the curriculum curriculum and the current problems m were analyzed, which aiming at cultivat- ing professional abilities and improving the overall quality of students. It carried out a se- ries of ability-oriented reforms for the＂Plastic Mould Design＂course to inspire students＇ in- terest in learning and shorten the learning time and improve the teaching effect.
