摘　　要：本文从原银监会2018年初披露的绿色信贷及其环境效益数据出发,重点讨论了可再生能源及清洁能源项目绿色信贷及其环境效益在总体情况、分项目变化及减排效率等方面的情况,并总结了绿色信贷在经济效益、环境效益、减排效率和金融机构投向上的特点,以及研究存在的不足,最后提出了绿色金融加强政策指导、拓宽融资渠道、建设交易场所等方面的发展建议。Based on the data of Green Credit and its environmental benefits disclosed at the beginning of 2018 from CBRC,this paper focuses on the overall situation, project changes and emission reduction efficiency of Green Credit and its environmental benefits on renewable energy and clean energy projects,and summarizes the characteristics of the economic benefits,environmental benefits,emission reduction efficiency and destination of Green Credit. In the end,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of Green Finance.
