摘　　要：十九大报告将清洁生产从理念提升到产业发展的高度,提出将壮大清洁生产产业作为推进绿色发展的重要任务之一。清洁生产产业的首次提出既显示出国家对清洁生产发展的重视,也给清洁生产领域提出了新的研究和工作方向。本文系统地界定了清洁生产产业的概念及内涵,论述了清洁生产产业的发展现状及存在的问题,提出了促进中国清洁生产产业发展的政策建议。Xi Jinping’s report at 19 th CPC National Congress raised the level of cleaner production from concept to industrial development,and proposed to strengthen the cleaner production industry as one of the important tasks to promote green development. The first proposal of the cleaner production industry not only shows the attention to the development of cleaner production,but also put forwards new research and work directions in the field of cleaner production. This study systematically defines the concept and connotation of the cleaner production industry,discusses the development status and existing problems of the cleaner production industry, and proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of China ’ s cleaner production industry.
