摘　　要：目的探讨白内障囊外非超声乳化颞侧小切口及人工晶体植入术的临床效果及方法。方法选取我院2013年1月1日至2014年1月1日收治的行白内障囊外小切口及人工晶体植入术颞上方小切口40病例(40眼)与颞侧方小切口病例40病例(40眼),分为对照组和试验组。结果通过观察组和实验组两组对比:颞侧切口对藏区白内障患者创伤小、术中安全性高、术后愈合时间短。结论颞侧切口(试验组)术式操作简单,易被基层医生掌握,手术时间短,并发症少,术后效果与常规切口相当甚至接近超声乳化术优势显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effects and methods of small temporal incision and intraocular lens implantation with extracapsular non phacoemulsification for cataract. Methods From January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014, 40 cases（40 eyes） with small incision above temporal and 40 cases（40 eyes） with small incision at temporal side were selected for extracapsular cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation, were selected as control group and experimental group. Results Comparison between the observation group and the experimental group： the unilateral incision has less trauma, high intraoperative safety and short postoperative healing time in Tibetan cataract patients. Conclusion Temporal incision（experimental group） is easy to operate, easy to grasp by grass-roots doctors, short operation time, fewer complications, postoperative effect of conventional incision is comparable to or even close to the advantages of phacoemulsification.
