摘 要:目的探讨矫正屈光不正对儿童低视力、弱视康复的意义。方法将2016年2月至2017年1月我院接收的180例低视力儿童进行回顾性分析研究,所有入选患儿均通过常规眼科检查,排除器质性病变进行规范的医学验光,屈光矫正后进行个体化多媒体低视力、弱视训练。结果入选的180例儿童屈光矫正后127例儿童视力有不同程度的提高,占总人数的70.56%;180例儿童经3个月的个体化多媒体训练后168例儿童视力进一步提高,占总人数的93.33%(P<0.05)。结论科学规范的矫正屈光不正是低视力、弱视治疗的必要前提,矫正屈光不正后联合个体化的多媒体训练具有较好的康复效果,在低视力、弱视儿童康复工作中具有一定的推广价值。Objective To explore the significance of correction of ametropia in the rehabilitation of children with low vision. Methods 180 children with low vision admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. All the selected children underwent routine ophthalmic examination, excluding organic lesions for standard medical optometry, and individualized multimedia training for low vision and amblyopia after refractive correction. Results In 180 children after refractive correction, 127 children had improved visual acuity. Accounting for 70.56% of the total; After 3 months of individualized multimedia training, 168 children's visual acuity was further improved, accounting for 93.33% of the total(P〈0.05). Conclusion Scientific and standardized correction of refractive errors is the necessary prerequisite for the treatment of low vision and amblyopia. After correction of refractive errors, combined with individualized multimedia training has a good rehabilitation effect. It has a certain popularization value in the rehabilitation of children with low vision and amblyopia.
