摘　　要：目的探讨改良护理版mini-CEX评价量表在心脏外科规培护士培训中的应用及影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年5月在我科规培护士98人为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组49人。对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组采用mini-CEX方法,对比两组培训效果及满意度。结果实验组的规培效果均优于对照组规培效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组培训满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脏外科规培护士培训中应用mini-CEX模式可提高护理培训水平和综合素质,值得推广应用。Objective to explore the application and influence of modified mini-cex evaluation scale in the training of cardiac surgery nurses. Methods from July 2017 to May 2018, 98 people in our department were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 49 people in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the mini acid-cex method to compare the training effect and satisfaction of the two groups. Results the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of training in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the application of mini acid-cex model in cardiac surgery training for nurses can improve the level and comprehensive quality of nursing training and is worthy of promotion and application.
