民族地区寄宿学校中学生早餐行为的调查与思考

摘  要:目的了解民族地区寄宿中学生的早餐行为,为改变寄宿中学生的不良饮食行为、改善营养状况提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对湘西州花垣县5156名学生进行问卷调查。结果城镇高中生吃早餐的比例为81.5%,农村初中生每天吃早餐的比例为98.5%,该地区早餐食物种类单一,营养价值较差,学生不吃早餐原因最多的是吃早餐人太多,而且学校提供给学生吃早餐的时间太短。结论民族地区寄宿中学生的早餐行为不够合理,应加强营养教育,提供营养均衡的早餐,促进学生健康成长。Objective to understand the breakfast behavior of boarding middle school students in ethnic areas, and to provide scientific basis for changing their poor eating behavior and improving their nutrition status. Methods a questionnaire survey was conducted among 5156 students in huayuan county, xiangxi. Results the proportion of urban high school students eat breakfast is 81.5%, the proportion of rural middle school students to eat breakfast every day is 98.5%. The area breakfast food is single and the nutritional value is poor. The most common reason for students to skip breakfast is that too many people eat breakfast. And the school provides students with too little time to eat breakfast. Conclusion the breakfast behavior of boarding middle school students in ethnic areas is not reasonable enough. Nutrition education should be strengthened to provide balanced breakfast and promote students' healthy growth.
