摘　　要：角膜散光对白内障手术患者术后视力恢复程度有重要影响。对术前患者的角膜散光进行矫正,手术源性散光得到控制,可帮助白内障术后的散光患者更好的解决视力障碍问题。当前如何矫正术前散光、降低手术源性散光成为白内障手术的重要解决内容之一。本文对白内障术后角膜散光矫正研究进展进行相关分析,详见下文。Corneal astigmatism has an important effect on postoperative visual acuity recovery of cataract surgery patients. Correction of preoperative corneal astigmatism and control of surgical source astigmatism can help patients with postoperative astigmatism to better solve the problem of visual impairment. How to correct the preoperative astigmatism and reduce the surgical source of astigmatism become one of the important solutions for cataract surgery. In this paper, corneal astigmatism correction after cataract surgery was analyzed.
