摘  要:目的探究分析甲钴胺治疗青光眼的临床效果和应用价值。方法从本院选取2017年1月至2018年3月收治并确诊为青光眼的患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组只单纯的进行小梁切除手术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用药物甲钴胺进行治疗,根据两组患者术后治疗效果,相比治疗前的情况进行分析对比。结果经过治疗后,两组患者视力均有提高,但是观察组患者的视力提高程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的视网膜神经纤维层与治疗前没有太大的差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的视网膜神经纤维层与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用小梁切除手术的基础上,甲钴胺对于治疗青光眼有比较显著的效果,较高的应用价值。Objective to explore the clinical effect and application value of mecobalamine in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods 84 patients admitted and diagnosed with glaucoma from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected from our hospital, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 patients in each group. In the control group, only trabeculectomy was performed for treatment. The observation group was treated with the drug mecobalamine on the basis of the control group. The results of postoperative treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared with those before treatment. Results after treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups were improved, but the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between the retinal fiber layer of the control group and that before treatment(P〉0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the retinal fiber layer of the control group and that before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion in the use of trabeculectomy, Methylcobalamin has a significant effect on the treatment of glaucoma, and it is of high application value.
