摘  要:目的:优选儿茶口含片的处方及制备工艺。方法:以口感、口含片和颗粒质量及制剂难易情况为评价指标,对矫味剂、填充剂及润滑剂进行了考察。采用高效液相色谱法对口含片中的儿茶含量进行测定。结果:最佳处方工艺为取儿茶粉-淀粉-糊精-糖粉混合,质量比为5∶4∶4∶3,加入2%阿斯巴甜,用60%乙醇制粒,加入8%薄荷粉及0.4%硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片。本品每片含儿茶以儿茶素、表儿茶素计,为70 mg。结论:本研究优选了儿茶口含片的最佳处方工艺,可为临床用药提供方便。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the prescription and preparation process of catechu oral tablet. METHODS:The taste,quality of oral tablet and granule,degree of difficulty were set as evaluation indices to inspect the flavoring agents,fillers and lubricants. High performance liquid chromatography was adopted to determine the content of catechu in oral tablet. RESULTS: The optimal prescription process was to take a mixture of catechin powder-starch-dextrinsugar powder at the mass ratio of 5 ∶ 4 ∶ 4 ∶ 3,added 2% aspartame,granulated with 60% ethanol,added 8% mint powder and 0. 4% magnesium stearate,mixing and tabletting. Each piece contains catechu in the form of catechins and epicatechin,with 70 mg. CONCLUSIONS: This study has optimized the preparation process of catechu oral tablet,which makes its clinical application more convenient.
