摘 要:目的:了解郑州大学第一附属医院(以下简称"我院")门诊儿科常用药品说明书中的儿童用药信息,为儿童安全用药提供保障。方法:随机抽取2017年10月我院门诊儿科处方1 000张,统计处方中常用药品,查阅药品说明书,对儿童用药信息进行统计分析。结果:1 000张门诊儿科处方中共涉及148个药品品规,"适应证"项下含儿童用药信息的有33个(占22.3%),"用法用量"项下含儿童用药信息的有80个(占54.1%),含"儿童用药"项内容的129个(占87.2%),"不良反应"项下含儿童用药信息的有22个(占14.9%),"禁忌症"项下含儿童用药信息的有14个(占9.5%),"注意事项"项下含儿童用药信息的有16个(占10.8%)。结论:儿科患者使用成人药品的现象较普遍,常规使用的药品说明书中标示的儿童用药信息不够完整,有待完善及加强管理。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the information of general instruction of pediatric medication in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),so as to provide protection for safe medication in children. METHODS: A random sampling of 1 000 cases of pediatric prescriptions in Oct. 2017 in our hospital was selected,statistics on the commonly used drugs in prescription was made,and then the drug instructions were checked,and statistical analysis was conducted on information of pediatric medication. RESULTS:148 drug regulations were involved in 1 000 outpatient pediatric prescriptions,33( 22. 3%) containing information on children's medication under the term "indications",and 80 containing information on children's medication under the term "usage and dosage"( 54. 1%),129( 87. 2%) containing information under the term "children's medication",22( 14. 9%) containing information on children's medication under the term "adverse drug reactions ", and information on children's medication under the term "contraindications " were 14( 9. 5%),and 16( 10. 8%) of children's medication information under the term "precautions". CONCLUSIONS: The application of adult drugs in pediatric patients is more common at present. The information on children's medication indicated in the instructions for routine application is not complete enough,which still needs to be improved and managed.
