摘 要:为分析高强度钢板在冲裁过程中边缘破裂现象的产生机理,通过实验和有限元数值模拟两个方面研究板料断面质量的影响因素,并进一步改善冲裁断面质量。基于正交试验和灰色关联分析方法,通过冲孔试验和数值模拟分析,研究了冲孔孔径、凸凹模间隙、摩擦因素和冲孔速度等因素对高强度双相钢DP780板料冲孔后断面质量的影响。结果表明:各个试验因素对板料断面质量的影响顺序为:凸凹模间隙〉冲孔速度〉冲孔孔径〉摩擦因素。同时,通过对裂缝边缘图像的观察和对有限元数值模拟的分析,揭示了剪切边缘的应力、应变分布以及边缘形貌的差异,为研究板料破裂提供了一种新方法。In order to analyze the mechanism of edge fracture during blanking of high strength steel sheet,the influencing factors of slab section quality were studied through experiment and finite element( FE) simulation,and thus the quality of blanking surface was improved. Based on the orthogonal test and grey correlation analysis method,the effects of the punching diameter,punching die gap,friction coefficient,and punching speed on the quality of blanking section for DP780 high strength steel sheet were studied by punch experiment and FE simulation. The results show that the influencing levels of each factor on the quality of blanking section are as follow: punching die gap punching speed punching diameter friction coefficient. Meanwhile,based on the observation of crack edge as well as FE analysis,the distributions of stress and strain,and morphology differences of the sheet edges were revealed,which provided a new method for studying the fracture of sheet metal.
