摘 要:为了研究棒材矫直过程中等效应力的变化过程以及矫直对残余应力的影响,通过数值模拟软件Abaqus分析了矫直过程中等效应力的演变过程。同时分析了辊缝、倾斜角度、矫直速度、材料屈服强度以及挡板间距对残余应力的影响,最终给出了辊缝及角度的取值原则。结果表明,辊缝及矫直辊倾斜角度对矫后棒材芯部残余应力影响较大,辊缝越小、角度越小,矫后棒材残余应力越大,反之越小;矫直速度对矫后棒材残余应力影响不大;材料屈服强度越高,矫后残余应力越大,反之越小;挡板间距越小,矫后棒材芯部残余应力越大,表层残余应力越小。In order to study the evolution of equivalent stress and the effect of straightening on residual stress during the straightening progress of bar,the evolution of equivalent stress during straightening was analyzed by numerical simulation software Abaqus. The influence of roller gap,inclination angle,straightening speed,yield strength of material and distance between baffles on residual stress were analyzed. Finally,the principles of choosing roller gap and inclination angle were given. The results show that the roller gap and inclination angle of straightening rollers have great influence on the residual stress of the straightened bar core. The smaller the roller gap and the inclination angle are,the larger the residual stress is,conversely the smaller the residual stress is; straightening speed has less influence on the residual stress of bar; the higher the yield strength of material is,the larger the residual stress is,conversely the smaller the residual stress is; the smaller the distance between baffles is,the larger the residual stress of the bar core is,and the smaller the residual stress of surface is.
