摘 要:为了合理设定二辊矫直的工艺设定参数,降低现场对操作工人经验的依赖程度,实现棒材全自动矫直,基于平面弯曲弹复理论与空间几何关系,结合矫直过程棒材边进给边旋转而达到每旋转半圈反弯一次的特点,建立了棒材矫直全流程的弯曲弹复模型,获得棒材矫直全过程原始曲率、弯曲曲率、弹复曲率及残余曲率的演变过程;在此基础上,基于来料棒材及矫直机辊型,以要求的直线度为目标,建立了凹辊角度与凸辊角度寻优迭代模型;在该理论基础上,探讨了辊缝及导板间距的设定方法;在现场矫直机上进行了该工艺设定模型的验证。工艺参数设定值与现场实际矫直情况一致,应用该模型可实现棒材二辊矫直过程的自动控制。In order to set the parameters of the two-roller straightening process reasonably,reduce the dependence degree on the experience of operating workers and realize the full automatic straightening of the bar,based on the plane bending theory and the space geometry,with the characteristics of rotating half circle bending once,and simultaneous rotation and feed in the straightening process,the bending and spring model of the whole process of bar straightening was established. The evolution process of original curvature,bending curvature,spring back curvature and residual curvature of the bar straightening was obtained. Based on this,with the aim of straightness,the iterative model of the angles of the concave roll and the convex roll was established on the basis of the incoming bar,roller shape of the straightener,and the required straightening precision. The setting methods of the gap of rolls and guides plate were discussed,and the process setting model was verified on the field straightener. The setting value of the process parameters is in accordance with the actual situation of the field straightening,and the model can realize automatic control of two-roller straightening process.
