摘　　要：文化遗产旅游已发展成为当前一种重要的旅游活动方式。文化遗产旅游活动满足了游客独特的精神需求。北京市"三山五园"地区拥有丰富的文化遗产,是北京市重要的旅游产业发展区。以北京市"三山五园"地区文化遗产为例,从旅游者需求出发,提出文化遗产旅游价值包括愉悦休闲价值、艺术审美价值、文化历史价值和社会实现价值四个评估维度。在文化遗产保护和发展过程中,宜围绕这四个维度科学提升文化遗产旅游价值,实现文化遗产保护与旅游开发的协调发展。Cultural heritage tourism was developed to an important tourism activities. The cultural heritage met the unique spiritual needs, thus the cultural heritage had the tourism value. Three Hills and Five Gardens Area had rich cultural heritage and was an important tourism industry development area in Beijing. Taking the Three Hills and Five Gardens Area as an example, from the perspective of tourist demand, cultural heritage tourism value included four dimensions ： Pleasure and leisure value, artistic and aesthetic value, cultural and historical value, respected and socially realized value. In the protection and development of cultural heritage, we needed to give full consideration to the corresponding interest needs of cultural heritage tourists. It should enhance the value of cultural heritage tourism, and balance the cultural heritage protection and tourism development from these four dimensions.
