摘  要:基于光学功能元件的重要应用价值以及振动辅助加工在制备方面展现的巨大发展潜力,本文设计了一种三维振动装置,采用三运动轴彼此垂直独立的串联方案,选取了直梁型柔性铰链作为导向结构,压电驱动器为动力源,可以适应不同类型的振动加工要求,并借助柔度矩阵法与有限元建模对柔性铰链机构进行了静力学分析计算与模态分析.Based on the important application value of the optical components and great potential of vibration assisted machining in the preparation,this paper designed a three-dimensional vibration device,chose series solution of three axes perpendicular to each other,selected the constant rectangular cross-section flexible hinge as guide structure,piezoelectric drivers as power supply. This device can meet different types of vibration machining requirements. And accomplished statics analysis and modal analysis of flexible hinge mechanism with matrix based compliance modeling and finite element modeling.
