摘　　要：白细胞减少症是恶性肿瘤化疗后最常见的毒副反应之一,很多患者因此而中断化疗。中医药在防治化疗毒副作用方面有一定优势。现通过检索近年来的文献资料,就中医药治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症进行综述,为临床治疗提供参考。Leukopenia is one of the most common toxic side effects after chemotherapy for malignant tumors, and many patients therefore discontinue the chemotherapy. Chinese medicine has certain advantages in preventing and treating side effects after chemotherapy. By searching the literature data in recent years, the authors reviewed the treatment of Chinese medicine treatment for leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors and provided references for clinical treatment.
