摘 要:三分量光纤天平常采用8支应变计组合求解天平的3个分量,光纤应变计组合仍采用类似于电阻天平的惠斯通电桥组合方式,该组合方式没有利用光纤应变计的输出可直接与天平所受气动载荷建立线性函数关系的特点,应变计数量偏多。为验证采用较少光纤应变计进行光纤天平气动力测量的可行性,本文针对三分量光纤天平,设计了不同应变计数量的8种组合方式,分别进行了光纤天平的静态校准和风洞试验来验证不同应变计组合方式光纤天平的性能。结果表明:3支光纤应变计即可实现三分量天平的精确测量;不同应变计组合方式的光纤天平的性能接近,测量的HB-2模型的气动力系数偏差在2%以内,且天平的校准准度和风洞试验重复性精度都能满足低密度风洞试验要求。In general, eight fiber optic strain gages are combined to solve the three components of the balance, which is similar to the Wheatstone bridges in convenient resistance balance. This combination does not make use of the characteristic that the output of fiber optic strain gages can be directly related to the three-component force with a linear functional relation. In order to validate the feasibility of using less fiber optic strain gages, eight different combinations with different amount of gages are firstly designed for a three-component fiber optic balance. Then, static calibration and wind tunnel test are carried out to verify the performance of the fiber optic balance with different combinations of fiber optic gages. The results show that three fiber optic strain gages are sufficient to obtain satisfied measurement accuracy of a three-component balance. The performance of fiber optic with different combinations is close, and the deviation of the aerodynamic coefficient of HB-2 model is less than 2%. Moreover, the accuracy of calibration and wind tunnel test meets the test requirements of the low density wind tunnel.
