摘　　要：从土地确权到土地易权,从土地承包权向经营权转化,这是深化农村土地改革的必然趋势。案例村的土地改革实践表明,农地确权嵌入在村级组织关系和家庭结构之中,受到村庄社会制度、村规民约、乡村文化习俗等多重社会规则的交互影响,这种交互影响呈现出农地确权问题的复杂性。案例村通过农地确权,个人产权和集体产权得以澄清,集体资产得以壮大,这为夯实村集体经济,实现个人和集体土地从确权到易权的转化提供了便利途径。在农地易权中,应当充分尊重农民意愿,切实维护农民利益,防止农地过度商品化对乡村社会的侵害。The inexorable trend of deepening rural land reform is from farmland confirmation to farmland transfer and from land contract right to land management right. The practice of farmland reform in the ease village shows that the farmland right is embedded in the village-level organization relationship and family structure, and is affected by the interaction of multiple social rules, such as village social rules, village social system, village regulations and rural cultural customs. This interaction is reflected on the complexity of the problem of farmland confirmation. Case villages have been clarified by confirmation farmland rights, the individual property rights and collective property rights, and the village collective property rights have been strengthened. This provides a convenient way to consolidate the village collective economy and realize the transformation of individual and collective farmland from confirmation to transfer. In the transfer right of farmland, the farmers＇ wills should be fully respected and their interests should be effectively protect so as to prevent the rural society from being damaged by excessive commercialization of farmland.
