摘　　要：针对三维体验平台在输出零件套料时因多次曲线格式转换导致精度下降的问题,根据三维体验平台曲线定义的特点,提出一种通过多次迭代逼近的圆弧样条插值方法。基于三维体验平台的二次开发接口,编程实现曲线的自动插值。在三维体验平台上对插值结果进行重建对比,通过数值试验证明方法的有效性。To solve the problem of precision deterioration in the jacking blanking of the 3D experience platform due to curve format conversions, this study proposes a curve spline interpolation method with multiple iterations according to the curve definition of the 3D experience platform. The programming of the automatic curve interpolation has been achieved based on the secondary development interface of the 3D experience platform. The interpolation result is recreated in the 3D experience platform for comparison, and the effectiveness of the method is validated through numerical experiments.
