超声乳化联合人工晶体植入与睫状体光凝术治疗42例青光眼合并白内障的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声乳化联合人工晶体植入与睫状体光凝术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法 :选取84例青光眼合并白内障患者根据硬币投掷法分为对照组和研究组各42例,对照组行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,研究组在此基础上联合睫状体光凝术治疗,比较两组患者的手术效果、视力恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果 :研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(92.86%vs 73.81%,P <0.05);随访6个月后,研究组视力0.6 D以上的比率显著高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(4.76%vs 23.81%,P <0.05)。结论 :超声乳化联合人工晶体植入与睫状体光凝术可有效改善患者的视功能,且术后并发症少,疗效安全可靠。Objective： To explore the effects of phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation and cyclophotocoagulation on glaucoma with cataract. Methods： Eighty-four cases of glaucoma with cataract patients were selected and divided into a control group （n=42） and a study group （n=42）. The control group underwent phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation and the study group underwent phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation and cyclophotocoagulation. The effects, visual acuity recovery and incidence of complications were compared. Results： The total effective rate was higher in the study group than the control group （92.86% vs 73.81%, P〈0.05）. After 6 months of follow-up, the ratio of visual acuity above 0.6 D was significantly higher （P〈0.05） while the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the study group than the control group （4.76% vs 23.81%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ultrasound emulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and cyclophotocoagulation can effectively improve the visual function of patients and has the advantages of less postoperative complications and higher safety and reliable curative effect.
