颌间牵引钉联合钛板内固定在28例颌骨骨折治疗中的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :探讨颌间牵引钉联合钛板内固定在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法 :选取56例颌骨骨折患者根据就诊顺序分为对照组和研究组各28例,对照组患者给予微型钛板内固定治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合颌间牵引钉治疗,比较两组患者的治疗优良率、手术情况及患者满意率。结果 :研究组优良率和患者满意率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者的手术时间较对照组长,但骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率均显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :颌间牵引钉联合钛板内固定可有效缩短骨折愈合时间,减少并发症发生率,提高优良率及患者满意率,在颌骨骨折治疗中具有重要床意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of intermaxillary traction nail combined with titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of jaw fracture. Methods： Fifty-six jaw fractures patients were selected and divided into a control group （n=28） and a research group （n=28）. The control group was treated with mini-titanium plate internal fixation while the research group with intermaxilloxy traction screws on the basis of the control group. The excellent rate, operation conditions and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results： The excellent rate and satisfaction rate were significantly higher, the operation time was longer and the fracture healing time and the incidence of complications were significantly less in the research group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intermaxillary traction nail combined with titanium plate internal fixation can shorten the healing time, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the excellent rate and satisfaction rate and has important clinical significance in the treatment of jaw fractures.
