论职业教育与社会经济发展的良性互动——基于黄炎培大职业教育思想

摘　　要：教育家黄炎培先生于20世纪30年代提出的"社会化、科学化、平民化"的大职业教育思想,对于当代中国的职业教育明确职业教育目的、端正职业教育道德、形成职业教育原则与职业教育体系,仍然具有十分重要的指导作用。同时,大职业教育思想对于破除人们落后思想、破解职业教育产教脱节问题和提高劳动者素质与技能方面,具有重要指导作用。The great vocational education thought of ＂socializing, scientific, and popularizing＂ put forward by the educator HUANG Yan- pei in the 1930s still has significant guidance function in contemporary China on defining the purpose of vocational education, correcting vocational education ethics, and forming vocational education principles and vocational education systems. In the meantime, the idea of big vocational education is a healthy dose to break people＇s backward thoughts, to crack the gap problem between vocational education and industries, and improve the quafity and sldlls of laborers.
