摘  要:我国90%酿酒葡萄栽培区域冬季需要埋土防寒,制约了葡萄与葡萄酒产业的发展,且不利于干旱半干旱地区的生态环境保护。本研究旨在比较不同越冬措施对葡萄品质的影响,为可代替越冬保护措施的研发提供参考。试验以"爬地龙"栽培模式的‘赤霞珠’葡萄为材料,进行了埋土防寒不挂枝和喷施可降解液态地膜加挂枝(免埋栽培措施)两种处理,分析不同越冬措施对越冬后葡萄产量与品质的影响。结果表明,免埋栽培措施延迟了葡萄的萌芽日期,对葡萄皮与籽中的各酚类物质含量均具有有利影响,提高了葡萄皮中总黄烷醇、总酚、总单宁及总花色苷的含量。并且免埋措施可降低越冬成本,提高葡萄产量,增加经济效益。90% of Chinese viticulture region need to be buried and protected against cold in winter, which has limited the production development of Chinese grapevine and wine. The experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different wintering treatments on berry quality and yield and provide references for the research of alternative wintering protection measures. In this study, 'Cabernet Sauvignon' with crawled cordon training was acted as the material, under soil covered without suspending shoots and sprayed biodegradable liquid film with suspending shoots overwintering measures, the e?ects of different wintering treatments on grapevine berry quality and yield were researched. Results showed that free-buried cultivation measures delayed grapevines germination date, had signiffcantly effects of the content of polyphenols in berry skin and seed, at the same time, reduced the cost of overwintering and increased the yield of grapevines.
