摘　　要：目的翻译精神康复者优势-兴趣-目标自评量表(CASIG-SR),对中文版CASIG-SR进行信度和效度评价,探索该量表在国内的适用性。方法选取90例社区精神分裂症患者进行中文版CASIG-SR的量表评估,4周后对其中的20名评估对象进行重测,用Cronbach’sα系数和重测信度评价信度,用内容效度和探索性因子分析评价效度。结果中文版CASIG-SR总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0. 846,各条目的 Cronbach’sα系数为0. 668～0. 921,重测信度系数为0. 934,总条目的内容效度指数(CVI)为0. 94。探索性因子分析显示,提取的5个公因子,总方差的累计贡献率为64. 5%,各条目的因子载荷值均在0. 4以上。结论中文版CASIG-SR具有良好的信效度,适用于社区精神疾病患者治疗康复效果的评估,但还需进一步工作来探索该量表的实用性。Objective To translate the Client＇s Assessment of Strengths, Interests and Goals （Self-rating） （CASIG-SR） into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the scale, and to explore the applicability of CASIG-SR in China. Methods A total of 90 community schizophrenic patients were selected and assessed with CASIG-SR （Chinese version）. 20 of them were reassessed 4 weeks later. The reliability was evaluated with Cronbach＇s α coefficient and retest reliability, and content validity and exploratory factor were used to evaluate the validity. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of CASIG-SR （ Chinese version） was 0.846, while the Cronbach＇s α of individual items were between 0. 668 -0.921. The retest reliabilitywas 0.934, and the content validityindex （ CVI ） was 0. 94. Five factors which could explain 64. 5 % of the total variance were extracted by exploratoryfactor analysis. The individual loading values of all the items were above 0.4. Conclusion The Chinese version of CASIG-SR has good reliability and validity to evaluate the treatment effect of mental disorder in community. Further work is still needed to explore the practicability of the scale.
