摘  要:为比较不同种植基地灵武长枣果实品质差异,选择灵武长枣种植基地的11个种植园,采集果实测定单果质量、果实横径及纵径、可溶性固形物、有机酸、可溶性总糖、V_C,对果实外观品质与主要营养品质进行分析.结果表明:不同种植园的灵武长枣果实品质存在一定差异,单果质量为8.89~14.34 g,平均值为12.01 g;果型指数为1.65~2.11,平均值为1.85;可溶性固形物含量为19.52%~35.63%,平均值为23.56%;可溶性总糖含量为11.74%~20.14%,平均值为17.41%;糖酸比为18.88~63.75,平均值为47.15.灵武长枣种植基地南部的绿色园林木专业合作社的果实个头大,单果质量达13.80 g;枣博园古树的果实营养品质较好,其可溶性总糖含量高达20.14%,糖酸比为31.48;五里坡村的果实V_C质量比最高,达127.41 mg/100 g.To analyze and compare the differences in quality of Lingwuchangzao (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) fruits from different plantations, 11 plantations distributed in Z. jujuba Mill. area were selected and their fruit was collected to test their weight, horizontal diameter, longitudinal diameter, soluble solid content, titratable acid content, soluble sugar content, vitamin C content and other indicators. In addition, their appearance quality and the main nutritional quality were analyzed. The results showed that there were differences in the quality of Z. jujuba Mill. from different plantations. The fruit weight of Z. jujuba Mill. fruit was between 8.89 g and 14.34 g, and the average was 12.01 g, the fruit index was between 1.65 and 2.11, and the average was 1.85, the soluble solid content was between 19.52%and 35.63%,and the average value was 23.56%; the total content of soluble sugar was between 11.74% and 20.14%, and the average value was 17.41%; the ratio of sugar to acid was between 18.88 and 63.75, and the average was 47.15. Among them, was located in Z. jujuba Mill. producing areas in the south of the green garden professional cooperatives planting plantation, fruits were bigger with a fruit weight of 13.80 g. The fruit of Jujube Museum Carden's jujubes' quality of the old trees is better in the main nutritional quality, the content of total soluble sugar was 20.14%, the ratio of sugar to acid was 31.48, and the content of Vc in Wulipo was the highest, which was 127.41 mg/100 g.
