摘 要:莫诺马赫的人性教育观主要体现在其自传性历史文本《训言》里。《训言》是中古时期俄国重要的教育思想文本。莫氏认为独立性、主动性和创造性是人性的三大特征,教育应把人性培养作为考量的重要因素,塑造个体积极、光明的人性。之于社会,人性教育具体是指教育要培养个体的两大能力素质:个体处理与自我关系的能力素质,这一素质的获得是通过忏悔实现的,忏悔的实质是自我教育;个体处理与他者关系的能力素质,这一素质可通过道德教育获得。人性教育提出了王室教育应尊奉的理念和信条,首次明确了俄国王室教育的价值导向。Monomakh's views on humanity education are mainly embodied in his autobiographical historical text of Homily,which is an important text in the Medieval Ages of Russia.For Monomakh,independence,initiative and creativity are the three characteristics of humanity.Education should regard the training of humanity as an important factor and should shape the positive and bright individual humanity.The humanity education in society specifically focuses on the two abilities and qualities of individuals,first of which is the ability of individuals to adjust themselves through repentance,a kind of self-education essentially.The second one is reflected as the ability to deal with the relationship with others,which is obtained through moral education.The humanity education served to identify and determine the principles and beliefs of the education in the royal family,and,for the first time,clearly defined the value orientation of the education of the royal family in Russia.
