摘 要:河北邢台XD1井是一口水平分支井,该井设计有20个水平分支孔,每个分支孔有3~5个控制点,水平施工时,水平井段长,方位变化很大,要摆动接进70~80度左右的方位变化,这样井眼轨迹就比较弯曲,使的摩阻增大。在施工N1,N2,水平分支孔时,就出现了严重的托压现象及粘卡现象,特别是在滑动钻进时,不能有效的把钻压传递到钻头上,工具面控制很困难,把水力振荡器使用在水平分支井上后,加上合理的钻井技术参数,有效的克服了在滑动钻进过程中遇到的问题。结果表明,把水力振荡器技术应用到水平分支井中,能够有效的改善井下钻压的传递,明显降低摩阻,防止钻具粘卡事故的发生,提高钻进速度,缩短施工周期。Well XD1 in Xi ngtai, Hebei is a horizontal branch well, which is designed with 20 horizontal branch holes, each of which has 3- 5 control points. The results show that the application of hydraulic oscillator technology to horizontal branch wells can effectively improve the transmission of downhole drilling pressure, significantly reduce friction, prevent the occurrence of sticking accidents of drill tools, improve drilling speed and shorten construction cycle.
