摘　　要：介绍了环保锅炉概况及下锅筒磨损穿孔情况,分析了磨损穿孔产生的原因,并经强度核算,采用了在下锅筒磨损穿孔处焊接管堵的修补措施,此措施有效地解决了下锅筒穿孔泄漏问题,同时还具有很好的参考意义。This paper describes the present situation of environmental protection boiler and water drum wear perforation, analyzes the causes of the wear and tear perforation. Trough the strength calculation, we used welded tube plugging water drum wear the perforation repair measures. This measure can effectively solve the water drum perforation leakage problem, but also has great reference significance.
