摘 要:根据国标重量法(CJ/T57-1999)进行实验,无水硫酸钠未定量的情况下,用30~60℃沸程的石油醚做萃取剂,平均油脂回收率为83. 18%。实验发现,60~90℃沸程石油醚做萃取剂的回收率为76. 53%~81. 07%,低于国标法中30~60℃沸程的石油醚做萃取剂时的最低回收率,因此30~60℃沸程的石油醚更适用于油脂回收实验。用30~60℃沸程的石油醚实验,其中投加10 g无水硫酸钠,回收率最高。因此30~60℃沸程的石油醚做萃取剂并投加10 g无水硫酸钠,对于体积为300 m L,含油浓度为500 mg/L的调和油回收率最高且稳定。The national standard weight method (CJ/T57-1999 ) was optimized. By running experiments, the average oil recovery was 83.18% when following the standard weight method with 30~60 ℃ boiling range petroleum ether. And anhydrous sodium sulfate was not quantified. The 60~90 ℃ boiling range petroleum ether was used as the extractant instead in further research. With the recovery of 76.53%~81.07%, the result was lower than the minimum recovery of previous method with 30~60 ℃ boiling range petroleum ether, indicating that 30~60 ℃ boiling range petroleum ether was more suitable for oil recovery experiments. Different amounts of anhydrous sodium sulfate were added as the extractant with 30~60 ℃ boiling range petroleum. It was found that it reached the highest recovery rate when 10 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate was added. Therefore, for 300 mL blended oil with an oil concentration of 500 mg/L, using 30~60 ℃ boiling range of petroleum ether as an extractant and dosing 10 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate as dehydrating agent was the highest and most stable method.
