近距离腔内放射治疗控制口腔癌术后复发效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨近距离腔内放射治疗控制口腔癌术后复发效果。方法:选取某医院口腔科收治的64例口腔癌术后患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分为常规组与联合组各32例,常规组应用常规外照射治疗,联合组应用近距离腔内放射联合常规外照射治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及复发情况。结果:联合组患者的局部控制率明显高于常规组,且远处转移率显著低于常规组;联合组患者的10年生存率高于常规组;联合组患者的复发率低于常规组,各组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:近距离腔内放射治疗控制口腔癌术后复发的效果理想,可提升局部控制率与生存率,降低远处转移率,值得推广并应用。Objective：To analyze the effect of close-distance intracavitary radiotherapy on postoperativerecurrence of oral cancer.Methods：Sixty-four patients with oral cancer who were admitted to the Departmentof Stomatology, According to different treatment methods, they were divided into 32 groups in the conventionalgroup and the combined group. The routine group was treated with conventional external irradiation.Closerangeintracavitary radiation combined with conventional external irradiation treatment, comparing the clinicalefficacy and recurrence of the two groups. Results：The local control rate of the combined group was significantlyhigher than that of the conventional group, and the distant metastasis rate was significantly lower than that of theconventional group; the 10-year survival rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventionalgroup; the recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the differencebetween the groups both were significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Close-range intracavitary radiotherapy iseffective in controlling postoperative recurrence of oral cancer. It can improve local control rate and survival rateand reduce distant metastasis rate. It is worthy of promotion and application.
