摘 要:目的:分析ICU临床带教中影响师生沟通的主要因素及应对策略。方法:随机将60名临床医学本科学生分为对照组、实验组各30名,对照组采用大家在一起带教;实验组采用一对一临床带教模式,实习6周,比较两组成绩,分析影响师生沟通的主要因素,应对措施。结果:实验组理论成绩和技能考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教师因素(专业技能水平、道德修养、心理、语言)、学生自身因素、环境因素是影响师生沟通的常见因素。结论:教师、学生、环境因素都会影响师生沟通,带教老师要不断提升自身专业技能及个人修养,实施一对一临床带教模式,以实习生为主导,与学生加强沟通,提高ICU临床带教效果。Objective:To analyze the main factors and coping strategies on the influence of Communicationbetween teachers and students in ICU clinical teaching.Methods:Randomly methods divided 60 cases of clinicalmedicine undergraduate students into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group. thecontrol group were given teach together method, the experimental group were given one-to-one clinical teachingmodel, Internship for 6 weeks, Compared the scores of the two groups, analysis of the main factors, copingstrategies on affecting of communication between teachers and students.Results:The theoretical achievementscores and skill examination scores in the experimental group were better than the control group, it has statisticalsignificance(P〈 0.05);The common factors that affect the communication between teachers and students inclideteachers (professional skill level, moral accomplishment, psychology, language), students Self-factors andenvironmental factors.Conclusion:Teachers, students and environmental factors will affect the communicationbetween teachers and students, and the teachers should constantly improve their own professional skills andpersonal accomplishment, implement one-to-one clinical teaching mode, take interns as the leading factor, andstrengthen communication with students, train more excellent talents for ICU.
