摘 要:以某大跨径分幅长联连续梁桥为工程背景,阐述了悬臂法施工时非固定支座预偏移量的计算原理,指出除混凝土收缩徐变、合龙温差对支座偏移量有影响外,还应考虑预应力作用,提出了应充分考虑汽车制动力的影响。采用10年龄期的收缩徐变系数终极值计算出合理的收缩徐变引起的支座偏移量,提出采用单跨合龙温差计算支座相对位移,之后采用主跨叠加的方法计算合龙温差引起的支座偏移量,适用于各种合龙顺序的施工方案,最终以保证桥梁支座上下座中心线收缩徐变完成后在当地年平均气温情况下车流量一半时中心线重合。Based on the engineering background of a long span continuous beam bridge with long span, this paper expounds the calculation principle of the pre-offset of the non-fixed bearing when the cantilever method is constructed. It is pointed out that the effect of pre-stress should be considered in addition to the influence of the shrinkage and creep of concrete and the temperature difference of the joint on the offset of the support. Using the ultimate shrinkage and creep coefficient of the 10 age period to calculate the support offset caused by the reasonable shrinkage and creep, it is proposed to calculate the relative displacement of the bearing by the single span joint temperature difference, and then the method of superposition of the main span is used to calculate the offset of the support caused by the temperature difference of the dragon, which is suitable for the construction scheme of all kinds of closure sequence. Finally, to ensure the completion of the shrinkage and creep of the upper and lower center line of the bridge support, the central line coincides when the local annual average temperature and the vehicle flow rate are half.
