摘 要:中国式管理所能达至的理想境界是"不忍欺",这种"不忍欺"的管理境界与儒家道德文化密不可分。植根于儒家道德文化之中国式管理的特点,表现为6个方面:富之教之的治国之道、礼主刑辅的管理之道、君仁臣忠的人伦之道、德本财末的致富之道、财散人聚的理财之道、正己化人的道中之道。The ideal state that Chinese-style management can reach is one that everyone would not bully, which is inseparable from Confucian moral culture. The characteristics of Chinese-style management rooted in Confucian moral culture are manifested in six aspects: the way to govern the country by means of moralizing the masses after making them rich; the way to govern by courtesy first and punishment second; the way to establish human relations with the ruler implementing a policy of benevolence and the officials being utterly loyal to the ruler; the way to get rich by giving priority to lirture rather than wealth; the way to manage wealth by sharing rather than monopolizing, and the way to correct yourself giving priority to virture rather than wealth and have a good on others.
