摘　　要：在各大高校中,高校辅导员承担着教育和行政的双重职务,是整个学校教师队伍中的主力军。随着社会的不断进步,对高校辅导员这支队伍提出了更高的要求。高校辅导员的专业能力直接决定着教育学生的成败,也和院校的发展息息相关,所以提升辅导员的职业能力迫在眉睫。同时,社会也要对高校辅导员这支队伍给予高度重视,并且对其职业予以认同。In the colleges and universities, college counselors undertake the double duties of education and ad-ministration, which are the main force for the whole staff. With the constant progress of the society, higher re-quirements are put forward to the team of university counselors. The professional ability of college counselorsdirectly determines the success or failure of students and is closely related to the development of colleges anduniversities. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the professional ability of college counselors. At the same time,the society should attach great importance to the college counselor team and give them professional recognition.
