摘 要:【目的】通过对NaCl胁迫下马铃薯脱毒苗主要生化及农艺性状指标的分析,以期筛选出早期判断马铃薯耐盐品种的关键指标。【方法】利用主成分分析法评价NaCl胁迫下马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum.L)脱毒苗的耐盐性。【结果】随盐浓度的升高,青薯168的CAT、POD活性下降,克新1号、大西洋在34 mmol·L^(-1)盐处理下,CAT、POD活性出现峰值后下降; 3个品种脯氨酸含量和茎粗增加,EC升高,株高降低,根条数、叶片数和鲜重减少(P<0.05)。从根条数、茎粗和叶片数3个主成份包涵的信息分析得出,抗盐性的强弱,取决于叶片数、株高、茎粗的长势优劣及EC值的高低。耐盐性综合得分克新1号>大西洋>青薯168。【结论】电导率、叶片数、株高可作为早期耐盐品种筛选的评价指标。【Objective】By analyzing the main biochemical and agronomic traits of potato virus-free seedlings under NaCl stress,the key indicators for early determination of salt-tolerant varieties of potato were screened.【Method】Principal component analysis was used to evaluate the salt tolerance of potato(Solanum tuberosum.L.) virus-free seedlings under NaCl stress.【Result】The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the CAT and POD activity of Qingshu 168 declined and the CAT and POD activity of Kexin 1 and Atlantic declined after the peak at 34 mmol·L-1 NaCl concentration.The proline content and the stem diameter of three kinds increased.EC declined and plant height increased.The root number,leaf number and fresh weight decreased(P〈0.05).According to the analysis of the information contained in root number,stem diameter and leaf number main components,the strength of salt resistance depends on the number of leaves,plant height,the growth of stem diameter and EC.The general score of salt tolerance was Kexin 1AtlanticQingshu 168.【Conclusion】EC,leaf number and plant height could be used as evaluation indicators for screening salt-tolerant potato varieties in early.
