摘  要:目的探讨毛果芸香碱滴眼液联合噻吗心安滴眼液治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取郫都区第二人民医院2014年12月—2016年12月收治的青光眼患者100例,随机分为对照组和联合组,各50例。对照组患者采用毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上采用噻吗心安滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视力、眼压及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者视力、眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组患者视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论毛果芸香碱滴眼液联合噻吗心安滴眼液治疗青光眼的临床疗效确切,其可有效降低患者眼压,提高视力。Objective To study the clinical effect of pilocarpine eye drops combined with timolol eye drops in treating glaucoma.Methods A total of 100 cases of glaucoma patients were selected from December 2014 to December 2016 in PI Du District Second People's Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and combination group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pilocarpine eye drops,combination group was treated with timolol eye drops based on control group.The eyesight,intraocular pressure before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no significant differences of eyesight or intraocular pressure was found between the two groups(P〉0.05);after treatment,the combination group of eyesight was higher than control group,intraocular pressure was lower than control group(P〈0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Pilocarpine eye drops combined with timolol eye drops have an exact clinical effect in treating glaucoma,it can effectively improve the intraocular pressure of patients,and improve their eyesight.
