摘  要:目的探讨如何将首要教学理论应用于外科护理学教学,以提高教学质量。方法以首要教学理论为框架,将"聚焦解决问题、激活原有知识、展示论证新知、尝试应用练习、融会贯通掌握"5个要素运用于教学。结果通过教学改革,第三方评价显示应届毕业生对外科护理授课满意度处于优秀水平;学生对教师重视度、教学清晰度、师生互动度、教师帮助度、教学满意度处于满意以上程度,39所主要用人单位对学生专业知识、团队协作精神、实际工作能力满意度较高。结论基于首要教学理论的外科护理学教学模式构建与实施,能够提升教学效能,培养团队协作能力,促进岗位胜任力提升。Objective To discuss the effects of First Principles of Instruction in surgical nursing. Methods Based on the theory of First Principles of Instruction ,five elements including focusing problem solving, activating the original knowledge,demonstrating new knowledge,application,and integration,were put into the teaching practice. Results After the teaching reform,the evaluation from third party showed that students were satisfied with the teaching method used in surgical nursing. Thirty-nine main employers were satisfied with students' professional knowledge ,team spirit, and working ability. Conclusion The First Principles of Instruction in surgical nursing could cultivate team cooperation and promote teaching effectiveness. It finally can improve students' competency.
