摘  要:目的深入了解低年级护理专业本科生首次临床见习后的收获与内心体验。方法采用内容分析法对某高校的291名一年级护理本科生首次临床见习反思报告进行分析,并提炼主题。结果从首次临床见习的体验及此教学模式的可行性和建议进行呈现,在体验中共归纳出5个主题:认识与反思、职业认同、巩固与拓展、职业素养、护患关系与沟通。结论护理学导论课程采用"课堂集中理论学习"和"课后临床见习"的模式具有可行性,有助于学生树立护理职业认同感、激发学习动力;体验护理工作,正确认识护患关系;并加深知识理解,促进理论与实践结合。Objective To deeply explore the experience of nursing undergraduates after the first clinical practice. Methods By content analysis,reflection reports of 291 nursing students of year one were analyzed. Themes were extracted from the reports. Results Five themes emerged from the data including awareness and reflection,professional identifcafion,strengthening and expanding,professional qualities,and nurse-patient relationship and communication. Conclusion The Introduction to Nursing course combined the classroom studies and clinical practice and such model is feasible. The teaching model can help to build up profession identification and stimulate the learning motivation. It can also help to experience nursing earlier and understand the nursing-patient relationship. Moreover, it can deepen the understanding of the nursing knowledge and promote combination of knowledge and practice.
