甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法将医院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者50例采用随机、单盲的方法分为试验组和常规组各25例,常规组给予常规化疗,试验组在常规组治疗的基础上给予甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗,比较2组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及生活质量评分。结果试验组总有效率为92.00%显著高于常规组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.198,P <0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为12.00%低于常规组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.0936,P <0.05)。治疗前2组KPS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组KPS评分均升高,且试验组高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者在常规化疗的基础上给予甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗临床效果较好,且可减少化疗过程中的不良反应,改善患者的生活质量,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of apatinib mesylate in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 50 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital,and they were divided into experimental group and routine group by randomized,single-blind method.The routine group was given conventional chemotherapy,the experimental group was given apatinib mesylate on the basis of the routine group,the treatment effects,adverse reaction rates,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group（92.00%） was significantly higher than that of the routine group（72.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 6.198,P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group（12.00%） was lower than that in the routine group（40.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 5.0936,P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in KPS scores between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than that of routine group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,therapeutic effect of apatinicin mesylate on the basis of conventional chemotherapy is better,and it can reduce the adverse reactions during chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients,it can be applied in clinic.
