抗结核药物对布依族与汉族患者肝功能的影响比较

摘　　要：目的比较抗结核药物对贵州省黔西南州地区布依族结核患者肝功能的影响,为布依族患者抗结核方案的制定提供依据。方法随机选取医院收治罹患结核病的布依族、汉族患者各100例,比较2组患者用药前后肝功能变化情况。结果布依族组肝功能异常发生率为37.0%(37/100)高于汉族组的32.0%(32/100),但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。布依族组转氨酶升高和高胆红素血症发生率均高于汉族组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在布依族结核患者抗结核治疗过程中应注意预防肝功能损伤,特别是高胆红素血症的发生。Objective To compare the effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs on liver function of the Buyi tuberculosis patients in the Qian Xi Nan of Guizhou Province,provide a basis for the development of anti-tuberculosis drug delivery programs for Bouyei patients.Methods 100 cases of Buyi and Han patients with tuberculosis were randomly selected from the hospital,and the changes of liver function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of liver damage in the Buyi group（37.0%,37/100） was higher than that of Han group（32.0%,32/100）,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The incidence of elevated transaminase and hyperbilirubinemia in the Buyi group was higher than that in the Han group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion In the anti-tuberculosis treatment of Buyi tuberculosis patients,attention should be paid to prevent liver function damage,especially the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia.
