摘　　要：快速发展的共享单车已成为人们生活的一部分,在改变着人们出行方式的同时也带来了各种各样的社会问题,加强对共享单车的治理成为了政府工作的重要内容,同时也是共享单车运营商以及社会与民众的责任。"共建共治共享"这一多元主体协作系统有效地整合了各主体资源,以专业化、智慧化的共建共治方式,非平均化的共享理念达成深层次协作与融合,并以共享为源动力实现共建共治水平的提升,形成共享单车共建共治共享的动态格局,这对于实现共享单车的美好愿景、推动社会治理的发展具有重要意义。The rapidly developing shared bicycles have become the part of people＇s life. It has changed the way for people travel and it brings various social problems. Strengthening the governance of the shared bicycles has become an important part of government work. It is also the responsibility of shared bicycle operators and society and the public of the operation ＂co-construction and co-management and sharing＂, the multi-subject and cross-border cooperation system. It has effectively integrated the resources of various subjects, and it achieved deep cooperation and integration with the specialized and intelligent co-construction and co-treatment mode, and the sharing concept of unequalization. With sharing as the source power the level of co-construction and co-governance can be promoted, and the dynamic pattern of co-construction and co-treatment and sharing of shared bicycles will be formed. It is of great significance to realize the beautiful vision of sharing bicycle and to promote the development of society.
